Not everyone enters into a church community the same way. And we each bring our own unique past experiences, understandings, and expectations to the table.
We’re keen to help you take a next step in church life, no matter where you are at present. Our Next Step pathway below aims to make clear the next step for you.

Connect Morning Tea
New to our church? Or perhaps you’ve been here a while, sitting on the sidelines.
Connect Morning Tea is a perfect first step. It’s an opportunity to orient yourself in our church, to hear a little about who we are and where we are headed.
You’ll meet some of our staff team, connect with others in a similar boat, and have opportunity to ask questions. All while enjoying a delicious morning tea.

Discover Jesus
We are a church all about Jesus. We believe he makes sense of life; that in him we find forgiveness, freedom, and restored relationship with the God who created us.
Because we’re all about Jesus, we want to help everyone know Jesus for themselves. You won’t be able to make sense of our church life and rhythms without knowing Jesus.
Over four meals, Discover Jesus tells the story of who Jesus is, why he came, and how he calls each of us to respond. It’s a safe place to express doubts, ask questions, and explore the big questions of life.
Whether you’re still trying to make sense of Jesus, or you’re keen for a refresher, this is the step for you.

Simply Start Belonging
Every church has it’s own unique qualities. How people communicate, how ministry is structured, how you can get involved.
Simply Start Belonging is an opportunity over lunch to dig deep into why belonging to our church could be great for you, and how you can express your belonging with us.
We’ll talk a little about our mission and vision, how things work behind the scenes, and have plenty of time for questions. If you’re keen to get off the side lines of church life, come and experience real belonging.
2026 dates: 15 Feb, 22 Feb, 21 Jun, 22 Nov

Grow in a group
We love our Sunday gatherings together, as our whole church family meet to sing, pray, hear God’s word, and encourage one another. But we’re also keen to help people get connected deeply into a Community Group, our name for Bible study groups.
Community Groups are not less than Bible study – we certainly meet around God’s Word – but they are so much more. They are a key place where you can get to know others more personally, and to be known by them. Groups meet across the week, in homes or at church, and with a variety of demographics.
We’d love to help you find a group that’s right for you.

Serve on a team
We were made to serve others. It’s one of the joyful privileges of church life – an opportunity to serve people. Everything that happens in church life – our services, our ministries, our mission outreach – all of it happens through the generous service of our members.
In this, we follow in the footsteps of our Saviour, who came not to be served, but to serve (Mark 10:45).
Our serving is built around teams – doing ministry together. One of the significant ways we believe healthy church community flourishes is through people serving alongside one another, with a common goal, for the benefit of others.
There are loads of areas to serve in church life to match any kind of passion, expertise or interest.
