Mental Health Seminar

This seminar will equip you to identify, understand, and show care for someone who is struggling with their mental health. All of us have a part to play in caring for those around us, and sometimes it’s tricky to know how to help when those struggles have to do with mental health.

What should we do when someone shares that they’re struggling with their mental health? What does it look like to practically care for someone? What are our limits?

We’ll be sharing lots of practical ways to know how to help (and what to avoid) as we care for those in need.

The seminar is hosted by Trinette Stanley. Trinette is part of Anglicare’s Family and Life Skills Education team, working with local Churches to equip them with knowledge and skills to lovingly care for those who are wrestling with mental health concerns.
